I had a great experience at the Crowm BMW of Greensboro. My advisor, Jeff Ireland, listened to my explanation of what was going on with my car and immediately proceeded to try and remedy all my concerns.
Did everything right. Arrived early. Took the car right away. Loaner was there as promised. All questions answered. Done in 2 hours.
Melissa makes any repairs/maintenance problems less frustrating! She is super helpful in the process, readily available, kind, and truly advocates for her customers! A gem!
