Great communication and convenient service for a recall
Great service and friendly customer service! They got my car running after taking it to another shop that wanted more money to run additional tests. BMW was able to diagnose my issues and get me back on the road after 3 long months!!
Our experience was exceptional. Chelsea made our purchase easy and smooth. This team is professional and dont create any sales pressure. I was in the market for a car but didnt expect to find exactly what I wanted that same day. They listened to my needs instead of pushing what they wanted to sell. When I need my next BMW I will be buying it here.

The people there and the service was great, but it took 3 hours for an oil change and I think thats longest i ever waited for a oil change. Overall it was an good experience.
