They suggested repairs my car didn't need. They replaced my water pump and they didn't clear the codes in my car so my check engine light was still on.. with the check engine light still on, they were now suggesting $7000 worth of repairs I didn't need. Thank goodness I have a personal BMW tech at a different location who shared with me my car didn't need any of those repairs, instead the codes needed to be cleared. What a way to trick your customers into spending money.
Don't call back when they say they will. Chaotic communication. High prices.
Unwilling to accommodate customer on problems with the vehicle. Going on over 3 weeks now trying to get them to call back.
My car was towed in due to battery being dead. It had been there 2 days before I heard back from service advisor. He told me my car had been repaired but my rear hatch would not open. I informed it had opened prior to being towed there. I asked that they further eval to see if it was a fuse or in the programming that had been performed. Lack of communication Allow me to stick to the facts I made an appointment 3 weeks prior to address an issue with water leaking into my microphone (overhead of the driver seat) when it rains on my 2019 X3.
