The service was great as usual. The employees are very informative and patient.
Great place for service for my BMW. Andrew is my service contact and he always listens to my concerns and makes sure everything is checked out to my satisfaction before I get my car back. They make appointment's to do the necessary work and always have the car clean and ready on time. I have used this Greensboro service center for both of my BMW's and totally recommend them.

The "Closer" guy waked I and said it's your lucky day, " My boss said give you a $500 discountHe didn't put it on the bill and I didn't have time to argue. I wouldn't recommend you to the people I don't particularly like Furthermore, I was told I'd get copies of " EVERYTHING " I signed and I didn't. I dont own this car. Why am I receiving messages for a vehicle I've never owned? Why would I recommend a shop that cant keep it's records straight.
