Great company to deal with. There are a lot of moving parts in this process, and BNT are obviously experts. From a no pressure, informative sales presentation, to precise measuring, through installation and dealing with HOA's and permitting issues... they were flawless. First of all they answered the phone.everyone showed up,and the installers were excellent. I didn't get my frosted window in the bathroom, but I let it go.
Dealing with contractors after Hurricane Ian was a complete mess with every other company but BNT. Ricardo my sales rep went beyond anything I expected. The process was seamless from our initial consultation to the completed project. With the home being on an island, the installers stayed at my place and left it better then they arrived. I am satisfied with BNT windows and doors. This is the 2nd installation I have done with them. I am happy on the quality. The installation team that Leo manages was wonderful great guy and very detailed. Fernando was the inspection from BNT as well to make sure everything is up to code and to date. By the way there the lease expensive compare to others that I have done the research on. Don’t think twice. Just have a consultation and ask for mark. He is amazing.
I cannot say enough about the team at BNT impact windows and doors. I had my house fully redone with their windows and doors. Wife and I love them. The look, quality and price is amazing. One of the wheels on our sliding door was not performing well. So we gave a call to BNT. They came out to give it a look within a few days. Turns out that one of the wheels was not working correctly. Dennis and Jermaine did an awesome job replacing the wheels on our sliding door. Fast and quality service to say the least. Thank you BNT
