There are impact window companies and then there is BNT. Everything came out as promised, and they fulfilled every one of my installation wishes. Everything was perfect, starting with the initial visit with co-owner Bret. The exemplary customer service continued through the installation and inspection assistance process. The price was right and the product is the best. You don't see that combination very often! Installed wind-impact windows and doors.
Installed all doors (7 doors + 1 kitchen sliding window) in one day. Good, clean, professional job. Were present for city inspection to ensure that all requirements were fulfilled. Followed up with us to see if there were any finishing touches that needed to be completed within a few days. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Great pricing. Everything went very smoothly as usual. Great company to do business with. This is the third time we have used BNT since we did not replace all the windows at once. All of the windows have been replaced now. Replaced windows in home with PGT impact resistant windows
Everyone showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They removed old windows and were here for the city inspection. They replaced all the windows in my house with impact windows.
Work on he 8 windows and 3 doors was started on August 3 and completed on August 5th. The project was delayed a few times because of the weather (not BNT's fault... who wants open windows in a monsoon?). Angel and his helper Michael were wonderful. They were great! Brett was my sales person and could not have been nicer. Took alot of time with me to help make decisions. Installers were wonderful and very hard working.
