Everything from the planning, measuring and installation went extremely well. Their representatives reviewed all the necessary information and timeline upfront so there were no surprises later on. Installation went smooth and everything came out great. The company reached out several weeks later to see how the new windows were performing. Replaced several old windows with new, impact rated windows.
Great. The price was very fair, the office team was always available for help. The installers were professional, courteous and talented. 2 of the windows in the master bathroom were oversized and cumbersome to work with, but they did a great, clean job. One window in the master bathroom was an old block window. They cleanly removed the old block and installed a 3-panel slider instead. Great work! Everything went as planned. Install 4 replacement hurricane windows in master bathroom and powder room.
It went very well . Bret was very professional in his presentation and responded quickly for information to provide to our homeowners association for their approval. He was also very patient as we changed our minds on several items to be done. The installation crew was very competent and seemed to enjoy their work. Recently he responded quickly to repair a small problem with one of the locks on a sliding door. We replaced all of our 28 windows and 4 sliding doors with hurricane impact windows and doors.
phone was constantly busy could never reach to answer questions before purchase. No phone voice mail. No email. I called Angies. They could not reach. I decided not to purchase. I assume the company was overextended. I was not impressed. EDIT 12/22: The owner of the company was great. He called me personally and apologized for the problem. He came to my home and quoted. Wonderful. The job was completed in one day. It was done very neatly. The installers with courteous, friendly and professional. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all my options. Had all windows and doors replaced with insulating impact products
Amelio's group arrived on time and immediately began working. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They made sure to cover my floors and furniture to prevent any damage to them. They cleaned up after themselves along the way and you would never know I had any work done because they left it very clean. A great group of guys and BNT should be very proud to have them as employees representing their company. I will definetly use this company again. Replaced sliding glass doors, windows and front door.
The new door is beautiful. The existing door frame had been modified several times to fit a smaller door (no idea why) and the installation team tore out the old mess and re-framed and the new door fits perfectly. BNT replaced my exterior door with a hurricane rated one.
