Their sales staff was efficient, attentive, and they came back a couple of times to answer our questions. The installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up at the end. I have recommended them to others. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a good experience it was. We found them through Angie's List. They gave us a discount. We had 9 windows installed.

The whole process went well. The front door came in with clear glass instead of frosted glass. They still installed the door and will replace the glass when it comes in (note that it was not BNT's fault...it was the fault of the manufacture. I would definitely hire hem again and have referred them to several happy clients. Replaced 11 windows and three doors. The total came right at 15K. All hurricane impact

Bret provided a fair quote (not the cheapest but also not the most expensive of the quotes we received) and lots of information. He wasn't pushy at all, but was very responsive with questions and changes.The job was performed very professionally. The crew worked hard and efficiently during the installation. They did their best to keep the dust levels to a minimum and did a great job cleaning up the area when all the work was completed. We had all our windows and doors replaced using Ygrene financing.
