Bret came out on a Saturday to review our needs and measure for an estimate. Both my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with Bret. There was no sales pitch, no bashing the competition. He was honest and forthcoming about the product, the process, and very candid about an upgrade others pushed on us which was unnecessary. It was like dealing with a friend. They were always on time and did an amazing job with replacing all the windows in our house. From start to finish in 3 days and left no mess at all. Will be using again for doors! Replaced all the windows in our house.
