My mother passed away in 2022, and there has been a great deal of turmoil and stress associated with the Trust and Will she left, and the fact that a family member named as the trustee used her position to advance the interests of herself and her children. I contacted the attorney with Bogin, Munns & Munns who prepared the estate and end-of-life documentation for my mother, who has since passed. I needed assistance with one final detail regarding some unclaimed property, as well as to prepare my own estate and end-of-life documentation.
