I am reluctant to post this review However if may help another person. I feel that the representation was poor at best, and I am disappointed. Throughout the Mediation, not one word was said on my behalf.

NOT GOOD when you end up in mediation with your own attorney! They did nothing for me and still wanted to be paid! I was reluctant to post this but I feel that people should know the truth and not only see the "ads" that are bought and paid for.
If I had a lower one I would do "0" like so many here in town I called and will have to have back an neck surgery and in the beginning NO ONE!!!! wanted to help. I filed myself and now that its gone on too long no will help again, but Bogin Munns is a huge joke! Looks like they really care on TV and concerned about you They are not! and I was told in the beginning good day when I was offered a low number and same thing now that I am getting ready for huge surgeries. As soon as they found out my case was small potatoes, they escorted me straight to the door.
No response from ANYONE. I filled an online form and then called as no one responded to me initially. Guess what??? No response. If your time isn't valuable, go for it! #next

It's possible they have great attorneys, if you can get to them. I called to make an appointment for a consultation, gave my information to the woman who answered the phone. She passed me to "Carlos" who acted like he didn't know anything about my situation. I started telling my history again only to be interrupted constantly before being out on hold for maybe 15 seconds. my mom had a case in volusia county with the attorney out of Daytona. He would never take calls and was rude when he did. The female case manager as she always reminded us of her job title was rude and nasty she treated us like we were nothing. the attorney kept tell us that he was a pastor but he was nothing but a lyer. my mother's case was three years and we talked to a number of other people besides the rude, nasty case manager that would not return calls and told us JUST DEAL WITH IT.
These clowns should be in jail. They are the most unprofessional group of do nothing attorney's I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Virtually zero communication skills unless you contact them over the course of years.. I can't begin to tell you all the reasons why these fools should be avoided but I have a million, all I can say is RUN, don't walk away from these incompetent, lazy, lying bunch.
