As a business owner I was very disappointed in the service the lawfirm provided. Not responsive at all. I'd never felt so less important while needing help with business. Kirk Herzog is not good at returning phone calls or emails. Really needed help and they let me down. Moving on to a firm that will actually do what they claim in their marketing. Hard pass.

I had a breach of contract situation with a photographer's company and it was slam dunk in my favor. I had not downloaded all 1,500 images from the third party link they provided during the year and after 12 months they locked down the third party link. They said per the contract we had 12 months to download all images to our computer. I told them no where in the contract does it mention anything about 12 months limit. Tired of seeing everyone so happy go lucky in your commercial 24/7 when you guys have done nothing but make me & the rest of your clients miserable. Do better. The absolute WORST, Highly unethical and bordering on illegal. 6 years to close a case that should have been closed within 2. Little to no contact throughout, Very deceitful throughout. The details are too long to explain but I would never hire them for anything Ever again. Do yourself a favor and run far and fast from these so called attorneys. I should have sued them!!
horrible unethical firm. The lawyers are not held to ethics. they will actually hurt your case. John Bolonavich violated the canon of ethics several times and ruined my case. The coo monica said she would help and she did nothing intelligent to help. she actually tried to use BS to influence me because they know they are responsible for the $100k lost. I am taking legal action against this firm. do not hire this firm.
So my updated review got Brandi to follow up but the interaction was laden with dozens of acts of intentional and knowing DISCRIMINATION. This law firm is awful. You will go weeks without hearing back from them, despite being told that they will get back to you. They told me that they couldn't help me with one case which seemed really weird. So I said well what about this case, changed the location and name of the company. After waiting another 1.5 weeks to hear from anyone, they told me, yes I think we could help. I was hit from behind at the end of August. Bogin Munns and Munns was highly recommended to me. Although I have never met her face to face due to covid, Jennifer Medina was assigned to my case. She has done yeoman's work in whittling down these exorbitant medical bills. Worst of which was Advent emergency. They are not a high functioning group.
