The only reason I gave them a "1" is because "o" was not an option. Terrible service, condescending, rude and unprofessional. I have NEVER been treated so poorly with any legal or professional services firm I have dealt with. My brother engaged their services to prepare a will and trust. Upon his death, I was named rustee. I contacted the attorney with Bogin, Munns & Munns who prepared the estate and end-of-life documentation for my mother, who has since passed. I needed assistance with one final detail regarding some unclaimed property, as well as to prepare my own estate and end-of-life documentation. I received no response whatsoever, even to decline my request. So I have chosen to seek other counsel on those matters.

While driving my golf cart a woman who was negligent hit me with her SUV. Shortly after I hired Mr. Anderson to represent me. I only met him when I had to sign a check from her insurance company to be put into escrow. There was a lack of Communication from him and his office during the process. Horrible service across the board. Wasted my time and money with Kirk Herzog. No communication. Failed to represent and mediate. Failed to communicate in a timely manner. Overall - I wouldn't waste your time with this firm. The initial demand letters were never sent. Overall terrible. I hired this firm almost 5 months ago based specifically on professional recommendations, and their advertised specialty experience. BM&M claims to be concerned with every clients case yet this is the opposite of what I experienced. My emails went unanswered, and without my requests being met, or sufficient communication, my deposit was burned up faster than I was getting responses. Professional and personal recommendation would be to use a different law firm.

Had a consultation which costed $300 just so they can get my hopes up about moving forward with my case; then they ghosted me. I emailed and called with no response. They're worse than the guy that owe me. They are professional liars and thieves!

Im doing a bankruptcy and i should have known this law office was going to be a joke since i had one worried they told me not to worry this will not be a problem as soon as i paid that become the problem, now almost a year later and having to sacrifice everything including my health another surprise and in top no answers from my lawyer no call back no email back who do you contact when your lawyer doesn't answer ? do Bogin Munns & Munns even care? awful and nerved recking
