While driving my golf cart a woman who was negligent hit me with her SUV. Shortly after I hired Mr. Anderson to represent me. Horrible service across the board. Wasted my time and money with Kirk Herzog. No communication. Failed to represent and mediate. Failed to communicate in a timely manner. Overall - I wouldn't waste your time with this firm. The initial demand letters were never sent. Overall terrible. I hired this firm almost 5 months ago based specifically on professional recommendations, and their advertised specialty experience. BM&M claims to be concerned with every clients case yet this is the opposite of what I experienced. My emails went unanswered, and without my requests being met, or sufficient communication, my deposit was burned up faster than I was getting responses. Professional and personal recommendation would be to use a different law firm.

Had a consultation which costed $300 just so they can get my hopes up about moving forward with my case; then they ghosted me. I emailed and called with no response. They're worse than the guy that owe me. They are professional liars and thieves!

As a business owner I was very disappointed in the service the lawfirm provided. Not responsive at all. I'd never felt so less important while needing help with business. Kirk Herzog is not good at returning phone calls or emails. Really needed help and they let me down. Moving on to a firm that will actually do what they claim in their marketing. Hard pass.

I had a breach of contract situation with a photographer's company and it was slam dunk in my favor. I had not downloaded all 1,500 images from the third party link they provided during the year and after 12 months they locked down the third party link. They said per the contract we had 12 months to download all images to our computer. I told them no where in the contract does it mention anything about 12 months limit.
