Professional and efficient. It was nice to have information in a portal for sign up to mkae process less ambiguous. My appointments were not stressful and were very accessible online, which made the process also easierĀ

This was a great experience. The provider (NP) spent about 40mins asking me a lot of questions about my history. She was thorough and attentive. I had a chance to ask questions at the end and she gave me her recommendation for next steps. I wish all mental health professionals would be this thorough.Ā

My opinion of Dr. Singh is a 10 on a 10. He really cares, listens, and is sincerely interested in one goal.....which is helping me with my serious dilemma. Lisa Chan is a good listener, she asks the right questions, she is informed and educated about alternative medications such as homeopathic remedies. I enjoyed our session. She was empathic, warm and had appropriate boundaries. I would recommend her to anyone seeking Psychiatric help. She takes into account the complexity of the medication on your body, your age and how there could be other alternatives to medications if you are taking other medications. I appreciated her knowledge base.Ā
