Professional and efficient. It was nice to have information in a portal for sign up to mkae process less ambiguous. My appointments were not stressful and were very accessible online, which made the process also easier

This was a great experience. The provider (NP) spent about 40mins asking me a lot of questions about my history. She was thorough and attentive. I had a chance to ask questions at the end and she gave me her recommendation for next steps. I wish all mental health professionals would be this thorough.
