Called Bottini re burner malfunction and serviceman was here within 24 hours and part was replaced to my satisfaction. Very glad to have the service contract as the valve that replaced was not inexpensive but the labor cost at least was covered.

Chris was professional, worked neatly and answered any questions I had.
A few weeks ago, we had a leak from the motor on our furnace. We called early in the morning, and a tech was here in less than a half hour. He immediately diagnosed the and was able to fix it in a short time. He worked carefully and neatly. Our furnace room was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. Because of my advanced age, I can't remember his name, but I believe is tech number was 2518. We were well pleased. LeRoy Cole
