Impressive response from Bottini Service Crew. My furnace shut down. I called Bottini headquarters. Fifteen minutes later the two servicemen were at my door. The fixed the problem, and in less than one hour I had heat and hot water. I have to thank you for the outstanding service.
The person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous, She guided me through the necessary steps to make automatic payments for my account.

I have to express how nice the service representatives are at Bottini. I've had over utility companies over charged us, send us the wrong bills, and never pick up the phone. I called the other day to open an account and Dana Capuano was so helpful. She knew exactly what information I needed and went out of her way to be helpful.
