My furnace of 20 years needed a new liner and another associated part. Bottini went out of their way to locate the rare parts, no longer in production, and saved me the expense of buying an entire new furnace. Technician was courteous and efficient. Overall, great service.

Just had furnace tuned up. The tech was was professional at all times and did a thorough clean out of the furnace. He cleaned up afterwards and left the furnace room neat and clean.

We called after normal business hours and a service tech arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, implemented a temporary fix to restore heat and reported the need for a new circuit board which was installed the next morning. Excellent service from both technicians.
