We were with Bottini since 1994 until we moved in 2019. They are a great firm and were always there when we needed them.

Just a service call which I forgot about. Fortunately I was here when the tech came a knocking. He was very personable and professional and did the job quickly, left no mess and was quite pleasant to visit with.
We have two service calls this year and both were handled with great care and success.
Customer service was professional
The technician was at my home on relative short notice and fixed two of my heating zones. He also change my mixing valve which provided better hot water regulation. He double checked everything to make sure it was working properly.
