4 stars & the only troubling aspect was that he had me sign the paperwork prior to his having filled it out, as in writing down what he did while here at my house & recording what time he arrived & left. I decided, however, to trust him & - quite frankly - I was so relived to have heat & hot water I probably wasn't as invested as I should have been.
