My daughter paid to have her Honda fixed. She paid and it was still messed up Took it back and they wanted to charge her again. Pathetic to treat a young girl like that. I called Barry and he never called me back. Called the GM and he never called me back. Pathetic to treat a customer like that. Avoid their service dept.
Service department is a total joke. Didn’t perform service I specifically authorized. Placed an oil change stick on windshield with mileage lower than current mileage. Service advisor not trained.

Location is very inconvenient. Recent service experience was terrible - they lost half the items in my glovebox and the issue was only dealt with after I made numerous phone calls. Some employees there are nice and they do a good job with my van normally (although I always get it back dirty), but after the past few weeks I cannot give a good review.

I had a horrible experience with Shane at Brannon Honda’s service department. I bought a 2017 in October of 2020 and the service emission light came on. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to come in today at 8am. I noticed that I had a voice mail from Shane at 7:32 that I will need to reschedule bc there is no loaner vehicle available so I called him back and told him I was already on my way there and had an appointment at 8am. Very disappointed in customer service right now. Purchased a CERTIFIED Honda from Brannon in November 2020 and have had the same issue since the purchase of the car. The car has been at Honda this week being repaired for the 3rd time (same issue) I have reached out to the dealerships GM and was told by him over a call that I would be hearing back from him and it has now been 5 days. Apparently I’m a glutton for punishment to return here. I’m currently in the waiting room. I’ve been here since about 7:20 or 7:30. An hour and a half already waiting for an oil change. Pretty sure there’s something marked on my account that says ignore her until she asks for an update. I went and asked and the guy says it’ll be 20 more minutes.
