Very disappointed in customer service right now. Purchased a CERTIFIED Honda from Brannon in November 2020 and have had the same issue since the purchase of the car. The car has been at Honda this week being repaired for the 3rd time (same issue) I have reached out to the dealerships GM and was told by him over a call that I would be hearing back from him and it has now been 5 days. Apparently I’m a glutton for punishment to return here. I’m currently in the waiting room. I’ve been here since about 7:20 or 7:30. An hour and a half already waiting for an oil change. Pretty sure there’s something marked on my account that says ignore her until she asks for an update. I went and asked and the guy says it’ll be 20 more minutes. Very disappointed. I made an appointment on the website for an oil change. I ranged my day and drove 40 minutes to the dealership only to be told that even though the website allowed me to make an appointment, they don’t take appointments for oil changes and were two hours behind. Very frustrating after arranging my day with my “appointment” in mind.
I brought our Honda in for a repair on Oct.15, 2019 and was very specific in telling the Service Writer that my husband and I both thought the noise we were hearing on the car was either a shock, a strut, or maybe even a broke motor mount. I was told they would check it out. They supposedly did, however the Service Writer came to me after a few hours and said it was none of those things, that the noise we were hearing was the drive belt tensioner. Salesman called and told me they could get me in a car for a certain price every month, I agreed. I asked the salesman if this was a guarantee because what if my credit isn’t what they are quoting, he said it would be fine they had that taken care of, not to worry about it. I assumed he meant that they would make adjustments to make sure I got that price monthly. My mother and I were looking at a used vehicle. Once Mr. David Snow stepped in things took a turn for the worse. Anybody else have trouble with the 2017 Honda Pilot's radio losing audio and having to be powered off and back on to work and also keyless crank only working part of the time? All I'm told is maybe Honda will release an update eventually to fix it. My husband picked it up today and the technician saw the keyless crank malfunction. Buyer beware of used cars. Tried to sell us 2011 Wrangler Unlimited Sport with leaking transmission. Vehicle was “Gold Start Dealer Inspected”. When we brought up the leak it was said that it is a Jeep with 130,000 miles it is going to leak. Then we were told they were selling as is. Shady business .
