Tried to buy a part for my 2008 Honda and called to get a price. Of course, the operator answer and forwarded me to the parts department, no answer, so I left message with no return call back. So I called again and got forwarded to 5 different people, still no answer, just voicemail. So I called back and asked for the general manager of Brannon and left and voicemail. He did call back but was not nice and was very short with me and then hung up in my face. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible.
I am very dissatisfied with the service department after my visit yesterday. I will not be returning, I will find another Honda dealership to go to. They did the warranty replacement on my battery as they should have, I have no problem with the service itself. But the service writer had a bad attitude, she just acted like she did not want to be there and she was too distracted to get my car back to me in a timely manor. While I was satisfied generally with my salesperson and the dealership when I bought my new 2016 Civic Touring model, things changed once the vehicle was purchased. At 2,500 miles, my front bumper randomly started to detach. It cause the bumper to rub the side panel on one side which made the paint start to ship. Had my civic repaired there and the servicemen(gary nichols)were really rude, always seemed bothered way before i could even get a question across concerning my car. Will not be back..
Tried to get an oil consumption test for faulty Honda part. I was told I would have to wait 2 hours before they could get to me. I called Monday morning to make an appointment. They said "No, we do not take appointments". They said I could come back another day! #hondasux
Today was my first time having my car serviced at Brannon Honda and it will more than likely be the last time I have my car serviced there. I arrived to have my Service Advisor tell me that, although, the internet assigned him and the board said he was my Service Advisor that he didn't have time to deal with me and would get someone to assist me. Do not buy from Brannon!!! WORST car buying experience in my life! The sales woman would interrupt and not listen to our needs. We were sold a car without features we were told it would have. Even after asking 5 or 6 times to make sure it would have them, they flat out lied and said it would. We were lied to and the dealership will not make it right.
