Do not buy from Brannon!!! WORST car buying experience in my life! The sales woman would interrupt and not listen to our needs. We were sold a car without features we were told it would have. Even after asking 5 or 6 times to make sure it would have them, they flat out lied and said it would. We were lied to and the dealership will not make it right. Paint comes off the Honda Odyssey in sheets. I highly recommend avoiding Honda vehicles.

The sales process for my used car purchase was acceptable, if a bit pushy, and I had high hopes based on other reviews. I will say that the finance manager, Melvin Bryant, was amazing to work with, and I initially was very pleased. Sadly, I had the “new guy” salesperson (he admitted as much to me as the situation wore On and On and On), who was terrible at follow-up, and repeatedly made promises to me that proved difficult to keep. Please instruct your outsourced call center to stop calling me about a vehicle I haven't owned for 3 years. I have asked then to remove my number from calling lists and they keep calling. Next... Filing a complaint against Brannon Honda because they are working for you.
