Not very good customer service by Tina because when you call to inquire why the auto renewed your contact without performing the service, she puts you on hold while you're speaking. The interesting part is when she comes back only to tell you that you have multiple years of service without having used your prior services they auto billed you for. Incompetent or dishonest? I do not know, but after calling another AC company who found out the problem with the AC Breeze told me was in need of replacement cost me only $ 20 in a part (capacitor). I do not like to be treated this way. Remember, if you live in the Coachella Valley, contractors think you have more money than people who live in the CC's do, and they take advantage of this.........
This is probably the least knowledgeable A/C company I have ever dealt with. I'm in the process of buying a house and the home inspector noted that (without getting into too much detail) the A/C units had been incorrectly installed by the builder. If Breeze only knew how to read model numbers they would have known that the units were incorrectly installed. Any A/C contractor worth anything knows that one of the digits in the model number of ANY manufacturer indicates the size of the unit. This is an industry standard!!! No... read more
A one only because i have to ..to write a report. I asked them to come out and do a diagnostic test and was charged...other companies dont charge for that such as right away ac..then they told me nothing is wrong with my ac and another company told me different. I tried to get them to come back out and look at it again but they wanted to charge me again..i said no have ur svc mgr call me...nvr got a call back.
We received an estimate that was TWICE our cost to install the same thing in our Alaska home (and we pay a lot more in shipping than the lower 48). We did find another supplier with reasonable prices and went with them instead. Disappointing to feel scammed.
