When the temp has been bouncing off 120, Breeze has tried to cover the area and their service people have been working overtime to help maintain systems. They responded to my system shut down in about six hours. This is a second home for me in the desert so I rely on the temp alarm and great service. It was a simple fix for their tech but not for me. Great job Breeze. And Mark has the customer's back!

Breeze is a reputable company that does the job while maintaining a great price point. Their Fabricators are true artists who can work with most metals. It is a one stop store for any HVAC need you may have. Highly recommended!

Breeze A/C is a great company - a client of ours went to another company and got an estimate for almost $13,000 to replace his system, and was told that it had to be done right away to save the roof or something like that.. I was suspicious, so I called Joe Jr. and asked him to give the client a call and see if somebody else was blowing smoke. We found this company thru Pacific Sales and are so happy with them. First of all they arrived ahead of the appointment time on several occasions and are knowledgeable, quick and efficient. At one point they had to leave to get another part and actually returned same day and quickly. Hard to find in this desert !!!! We are very happy with them and will use them again.

he came only an hour after my service call. Abraham was extremely professional and helpful. he was able to fix my ac situation in less than an hour and did not try to overcharge me for anything. I was very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

First, the technician asked if they could record our conversation -- that immediately raised a red flag for me. Typically, companies record calls to protect themselves from customer disputes, so it made me think they must be getting quite a few complaints. Second, while the technician was on the roof, I could clearly hear the conversation with the service manager, as it was taking place directly above my office. Unbelievably bad!. It took several tries to get them to balance my system. First, they argued that they were not responsible because of the preexisting ductwork and asked for three thousand dollars more!. They still have not touched up the paint they damaged (photo). I discussed this with the general manager and I thought we had an agreement. Instead of finishing the job, they have filed a mechanics lien. Really disappointed in Breeze especially as a 20+ year customer. Not any longer! Had Breeze bid on a mini-split this March and they came in the highest. So as long term customers we gave Breeze another chance this past week when one of our two AC units failed. Not only were they higher than all others, their sales rep, Brandon, was a "no-show, no-call" after confirming an in-person estimate appointment.
