I went to Breeze to have some stainless cut for my new cabinets on the referral by my cabinet guy. It was just a little job, but I was greeted by the most refreshing receptionist at the front desk that it most likely will become a complete HVAC job. I was very happy the help i received when it called to ask AC service questions. I went to the office and was greeted by a very big and friendly smile at the front desk. She answered all my questions and told me about the services Breeze provides. I haven't had my work done yet, but the customer service is excellent!!!

Don't look any further. Call these guys! Brandon, the sales guy is knowledgeable, honest and will not try to sell you anything you do not need or cannot afford. He will quote you 3 levels to consider and included their own 5 Year Warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty. Yes, I shopped around and did due diligence. Breeze is a larger company, I felt if I had any issues, they could respond quicker than the one-manned operation. These guys did a bang up job making sure my a/c units were running top notch. Very professional and great staff. When you call them they are polite and really caring! They will always be my first choice for my hvac repair and maintenance!

I have had many different services to this unit. I have encountered the rudest workers and BS guys. This company has gone out of their way to help me. I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only the company but the employees are awesome as well. Angel Garcia was so patient, explaining to me the issue. This guy was the best and I have encountered at least 20 different workers 5 different companies and the all failed to give the bare minimum service. I called in at 7am to get an appointment the same day since my AC went out last night. They let me know that they will check in with me later for availability. I received a call at 10am letting me know that I could get a technician today. Abraham showed up at 1pm and he was very nice. He helped me with my AC by checking everything to make sure it was working. It turned out to be a capacitor that was bad which he showed me the reading and everything. Wow! When our old AC unit failed, Breeze Air came to the rescue! In short time, we had a new Daikin system. Brandon and his crew were exceptional. Our new unit works so well we take wine out of the fridge to chill it:) I highly recommend Breeze.

Reputable, competent, reliable. My "go to" company for HVAC. Used for about 10 years now. Impressed with their response to emergencies, fair appraisals, honorable approach to business. Once called back, admitted to lose wire, no charge. Can't imagine anyone else doing that!
