I called to get an estimate for a repair of a furnace... they told me the estimate is FREE if you provide another companies estimate... or they will charge for a visit... I had them visit, however they wouldn't provide an estimate that broke down parts and labor. No transparency here... Beware!
I did a complete remodel on a large home. I would never recommend my General Contractor. Unfortunately with Breeze just their association with this General Contractor is a problem for me. Just a feeling because they refuse to share documents that they are hiding something from me. Breeze installed like 10 units and I'm have issues of a capacitor going bad and labeling issues where a 3rd party programming a Crestron went haywire. I had someone from Breeze Air Conditioning come out a few weeks ago on Friday April 7 to check my air conditioning coil and freon. He said that I need a new coil and freon. He said he will send us a quote on Monday morning. Four weeks later & I still have no quote.I called them and sent them an email. Please stay away from this company. How can you trust a company does not even bother to give you a quote. A new coil & freon is over $3,000. I guess they felt they did not want the business. I am glad!!!
called and had a comfort advisor come out and quote an install for a split AC for my garage. He said he would email quote in a few days. After a week and half, sent text message wondering where quote was. no response I would not waste your time with this company.
I give them credit for sending someone the next day to check out our furnace. But no follow up thereafter, despite telling us someone would be in contact. I waited a few days, called in, a gentleman said he found my work order and would call me right back. Crickets. Now I received a bill in the mail for the diagnosis. But still no follow up. $150 wasted. I called another company who promptly followed up numerous times. Do not recommend Breeze.
Pass by this one. I called them out when my air conditioning was not cooling very well. The service tech came on time and had to add one pound of Freon to the unit. It helped for a few hours but by the next day if was worse than ever. Two other techs came to check it out and did absolutely nothing but tell us they would get someone out after the weekend to evaluate and recommend a new air conditioner. This business is one of the worst I have encountered since moving to the desert. The service technicians are not the problem. The office ad accounting department IS the problem. Beware! They will send you recurring invoices (which you've paid), and you won't be able to get a live person to talk with on the phone. The invoices you receive may from 6 or 8 months AFTER you paid them, and then you have past due charges added. Went in to get a rectangular piece of sheet metal with an L on one edge. They call next day, "hey it's ready". Awesome! Not quite, L is on the wrong side. Instead on wanting to make it right, the guy wants to argue about the drawing. Fine! I'll pay for it. Now let's try again, and this time let's make it correctly. After a week and no call, I call and ask, is my piece ready? Nope, "we're busy and haven't gotten to it." Something that took less than a day the first time, now takes over a week? Thanks Breeze, but no thanks!
Not very good customer service by Tina because when you call to inquire why the auto renewed your contact without performing the service, she puts you on hold while you're speaking. The interesting part is when she comes back only to tell you that you have multiple years of service without having used your prior services they auto billed you for.
