We waited over an hour for Our food and that we never received. My fiancé and i came to Tropicana for our anniversary. We sat down and Ordered the waiter kept saying they were three tickets behind and there were over 9 empty tables. A couple came in about 45 minutes after us. and they received their food in 15 minutes. We just decided to leave after that. We went to speak to the manger about it and they stated our food was still in line. Just ridiculous. we payed for our drinks and left.
Not for me. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly and seated. My waiter was very nice and recommended a great crisp drink. Though I didn't catch the name. We ordered the onion ring tower as we skimmed the menu. They arrived quickly and were crisp and tasty. Thoughts no additional sauce was served with it and believe me you need it. The menu is sad. Everything about this place was good. Good service, good timing and good food. Best restaurant in Laughlin really.
First, the food was Bomb! Me and my family had chosen various plates of food on the menu and none of us had any complaints! It was cooked amazing and their fries are like nothing I ever had, they were crisp and delicious! The drinks were hands down the best I had out here in Laughlin. This bar is soo good! Newly updated for the area and lots of TVs. Not sure why the poor reviews! The service was great. We had 5 of us eat and drink, and everything so yummy!
We were searching for a place to eat and came across this gem in Laughlin. Staff Michelle is awesome and has great energy and the food is 10/10.
Food overall good, would highly recommend the brisket sandwich. The place was packed but the server was pretty on top of it. We ordered two appetizers but they never came and our food took over an hour to come out. Once we got our check, it was all wrong. We got the house seltzer's which were on the menu as $6 but we were charged $8 each, when we spoke to the manager about fixing all of our checks she insisted she was giving us a discount after admitting that we were charged extra because it was wrong in their system. Wings looked like they came out of a microwave with half a stick of celery and an even smaller half carrot all bad I'd rather have gas station wings
The Brew Brothers at The Tropicana is a good pub style spot with great service and good food. Tried the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with the BBQ sauce on the side and fries. Was really elegant how they twisted the bacon around the knife BUT I had to send the bacon back to spend more time on the grill as it was not cooked.
