I Was very disappointed in the service We waited 45 min along with a huge line of other people the little hostess was so rude and dismissing I got frost burn from her personality If you don't have a reservation you are not acknowledged No thank you I will never waste my time There again I will take my business elsewhere!!

worst restaurant experience i had, food an hour late, and meat tastes stale, wrong dish coming out and what ever come to the table is uneatable i wold give zero if i could. stay away.

First let me start off by saying that I have run restaurants and bars for 24 years of my life. That being said when I walked in the bartender would not serve me drinks at the bar while I was waiting for a table. When the seven of us finally got seated. The server was very pleasant! Darwin was the highlight of my experience. The wait for the food was entirely too long! The manager never noticed had never came out and talk to us. I would not recommend this place. Horrible experience. Food was ok but the service was very bad! Attitude as soon as we walk in to get seated! Manager, Robin was hostess as well. Asked for table for 7 and ghat was a problem, asked to be split up and that was a problem! People can't be friendly anymore? Then we go sit at the bar and bartender was nice at first saying how they are short staffed! I get that but does hat mean. You can't be friendly? Overall horrible customer service and disappointed on how the "manager" handled it as well.

We waited over an hour for Our food and that we never received. My fiancé and i came to Tropicana for our anniversary. We sat down and Ordered the waiter kept saying they were three tickets behind and there were over 9 empty tables. A couple came in about 45 minutes after us. and they received their food in 15 minutes. We just decided to leave after that. We went to speak to the manger about it and they stated our food was still in line. Just ridiculous. we payed for our drinks and left.

Not for me. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly and seated. My waiter was very nice and recommended a great crisp drink. Though I didn't catch the name. We ordered the onion ring tower as we skimmed the menu. They arrived quickly and were crisp and tasty. Thoughts no additional sauce was served with it and believe me you need it. The menu is sad. First, the food was Bomb! Me and my family had chosen various plates of food on the menu and none of us had any complaints! It was cooked amazing and their fries are like nothing I ever had, they were crisp and delicious! The drinks were hands down the best I had out here in Laughlin. Also, the service was excellent, our host made sure to get us seated at the exact time we had our reservation. Last but not least our Waiter the true MVP of our evening....Darwin!!! This bar is soo good! Newly updated for the area and lots of TVs. Not sure why the poor reviews! The service was great. We had 5 of us eat and drink, and everything so yummy!
