The staff are warm and friendly. I always feel that the vets are very understanding, and caring putting my mind at rest when things are realty challenging at times Alaria and Harrison have been so supportive with my fur babies when at times it’s seems never ending worries they above and beyond what is expected of them couldn’t ask for any better I have been at Briar House for 18 years and I thank them all for their support.

Your Harrison listened to us and was most helpful in trying to diagnose Kenzie’s problem,he made a good assessment of her problem which is mainly her pain relief wasn’t strong enough and a plan has been made for her future needs.Plus a blood test to see if anything else is a problem.

We visited a few days after Maisie had her luxating patella op. We had a good consultation with the nurse and she is doing really well, albeit she still has a long way to go to full recovery. The team at Briar House are excellent and really invest their time in our precious little ones…
