The lady on reception was positive and helpful and when I saw a nurse who described to me how they were going to handle my pet’s situation, she was concise and very encouraging. After the treatment, the lady I saw who discussed what they did, was kind and complimentary about my animal and gave me information on how my pet may react and what I could do if I had any problems so it was comforting to learn I had a point of reference as well as the option to contact them. Lovely, kind and reassuring people.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful . We got updates throughout the day as to the status of both pups as they came out of surgery . And then the debrief explanation of what to do once we got home was very detailed and clear too

Reception staff friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble when asking for assistance. Llaria explained everything clearly, and gave my cat a very thorough examination. Very satisfied with all aspects of my visit.
