My elderly cat had a blood test with you for the first time and I was happy with the outcome. I requested to be with my cat for this and the nurse kindly let me. Our previous vet wanted me there as my cat was calmer. Today he was getting stressed so the two nurses took him to another room and managed to get the blood they needed. I felt the nurses were kind and also managed the blood procedure well for my cat given he was more stressed today and wanted to get the test done efficiently for him. I have owned 17 dogs during my life, obviously cannot recall how many trips to a plethora of vets over the years. You guys are by far the best, from reception to the vets themselves. Always helpful, understanding and most importantly obviously enjoy what you do. I never leave thinking I have over paid despite owning a 13 year old bulldog who needs constant attention.
