USED to be one of the best vets around however how things have changed this year. Last month charged an injection fee on top of the £88 actual injection, today charged again for the meds, and the injection fee and a consultation for the injection! What will it be next time I wonder? A tenner to have a seat? Such a shame that the new manager seems determined to run it in the ground. I for one won't take my next dog there.
Unfortunately, I find myself in the position of having to raise a complaint in regards to Molly’s blood test charges today. I wasn’t happy with either the explanation or the manner in which my enquiry was handled today when I queried the charge. To give you a bit of the background, Molly initially had an Axiom Blood test on November 15th to check her Phenobarb levels as she had suffered a couple of minor seizures.
