Excellent from the vets , first class , informed on all aspects of surgery, however the reception needs attention, no one has a clue what’s going on, when you call it’s a fates, also after surgery that went really well, excellent, went to pay extra on insurance, this was all put in place pre operation. Then was told by a girl on the desk all money had to be paid , I told her we had a pre form , more stress from reception, one hand has no clue as to what the other is doing, Not sure what’s happening but wasn’t like this befor... read more

We have always received great care from everyone at Briar. I appreciate the time taken to explain treatment/drug/dietary options and implications and the follow up provided. All staff show kindness and compassion to all who come through the doors. We are very lucky to have the benefit of recent hospital status giving us 24/7 care 😊
An amazing team! The care, expertise and compassion from you all is astounding. Popped in to collect meds and 4 staff across 3 disciplines asked how my dog was doing - using her name, even though she wasn’t with me! Thank you all for your wonderful care, it’s been a rough few weeks

Wasn't impressed with response to first email as obviously hadn't read what I'd enquired about . Also not impressed appointment had been changed and not even told about it
I came to you for help with my dogs and you did help me but then you slammed the door on me for some reason unbeknownst to me which upset me a lot because I thought you had our best interests at heart but for some reason you feel entitled to treat me like shit and judge me so I’ll be looking for a new vets surgery when I’m well enough .-
I think you showed me just how utterly shit I am at looking after dogs. I think they are far better than humans- and I barely feel worthy to be allowed to keep them.

Due to I was going to be a little bit late they told me I needed to reach the schedule appointment but the amount of times I’ve been in there and I’ve had to wait for them that is so bad. I was only gonna be 5 to 10 minutes due to trains Being delayed but before I’ve had to wait in there for a g
5 attempts to get through on phone and finally got through on attempt 6 tried what's app as advised on website no answer
