Received e-mail telling me things wrong with my rental property in the first month I have a new tenant. The house was vacant for 5 months prior to new tenant. House was checked over and repairs made your maintenance people when the last tenant moved out.The Ice maker doesn't work, garbage disposal doesn't work, the sprinklers don't work, dishwasher doesn't close and clean, seal on shower door leaks. Could some of these things been damaged or broken by last tenant? Last tenant was given their full deposit back less $50.
