Renting your property can be frustrating, especially when you don't want to do so. Pompilio Alfaro has been making the work much easier by acting as my firewall. He takes care of things autonomously and comes up with great plans to manage sensitive situations. His military accumen is applied well to property management. Ask for Pompi!

let me start off by saying it's been crazy, I had been messaging the former property manager and received no response until, I spoke to pompilo, let me just say he saved us from alot of grief and frustration, our rentals carpet needed some TLC and I told him the situation, he helped me and my husband out gave us a great recommendation for a company who could help us out and omg this company was amazing, I just want to say thank you Pompilio Alfaro Jr. for recommending truckmount steam cleaning, they went above an beyond, and thank you for being so helpful and an awesome property manager, you seriously saved us from this frustration we have been dealing with for a while. the carpet looks great and the company will be coming back to do a cleaning, I will definitely post pics of before and after absolutely amazing. to the owners of the Arabian creek property I highly recommend using the carpet cleaning company and bridgeman properties for years to come. blessings

My home was managed by the Property Management side of Bridgman Properties for about 4 years. It came in to a point to sell my investment. Denise and Michelle were my sales team and they were very helpful and through in their communication with me every step of the way. Even though I was states away from my sales team; Denise made it very comfortable to be in the hands of her expertise. She was always a phone, email and text message away and letting me know what was happening thru the entire sale. If your in the market of buying or selling this duo team is one of the best to have on your side. I would guarantee that you will be in good hands.
