I stayed at one of their properties for 5 years. When I say It was one of the best properties management companies it one of the best. I've been with a lot. I would know I've PCS a lot. They don't leave you hanging when it comes to maintenance. It'll be fix even if they have to come out several times. While somethings are out of their control. They do their very best to fix this issue.
Great service, very organized. They think about all my needs and Denise is very friendly and welcoming. Also Erika is wonderful. They make things easy for me.
Always great. Denise is on the ball and has helped us through every hoop that we have to jump. Outstanding Real Estate Person, will always use her for any transactions in the future.

Erika has always given us great service with all our rental needs. Her willingness to help in not so great a situation is awesome.

Bridgeman responds quickly and their customer service is fantastic. The office manager, Alexa, is very helpful and answers questions within minutes. All repair requests have been answered within hours and a vendor was sent out the next day for each repair. I've been impressed with Bridgeman Property Management up to this point.
