When the AC went out in August and the Homeowner's Home Warranty wasn't going to be able to fix it for days, Bridgeman went above and beyond to install window units to get us by until the system could be repaired. I am so grateful for the amazing service.

The process has been so easy and Bridgeman Properties Staff is very cooperative and informative. We are out of town and Ms. Jessica scheduled a tour of the property. Video was not getting good reception, so she sent me a lot of pictures. We have enjoyed working with Bridgeman Properties. Totally recommend it!
I would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Ericka Olazabal. She has been a godsend. I am not computer sabie so, I was having a very difficult time learn how to pay my rent and turn in maintenance work orders electronically. Ms. Olazabal has been so kind and very patient with teaching me step-by-step how to go about learning. I truly appreciate that she takes the time to go way and beyond her duties to help me.

Never have had a problem. The owner is very nice and works with you if you ever have an issue.
