This was not helpful at all. Be more specific. And what about people who are not on a specific lease however still are living with a specific tenant, theresfore resulting in ALL the parking spots being taken?!!! If all the parking spots are taken on one side it is going to force me to park on the other. Why don’t you focus more on that?! Be a bit more invested on the actual problem instead of just saying “not parking in your spot will result in violation of your lease.”

It takes too long to deposit the rent to the owners account.Poor communication The company keeps all the late fees For the last eight months I haven’t got the rent on time or the full amount It’s always something and is very rare that I get a phone call to let me know What’s going on
I was told that the purpose of the property management company was to act as a liaison between myself, the tenant, and the landlord. However, finally after a response to several questions, I am told after the fact, that the landlord was not charging late fees for November's rent. Since the property management company did not make me aware if this I was unable to use these monies for other obligations.
Over 10 days for a response. No out of office response. No apology or concern for tenants. Unacceptable customer service, better said, lack there of.

Please verify that you have the proper number as we researched both your numbers listed in our calling system and cannot see a phone call being received from either number in the past month. Also, there is no conversations in your tenant portal. We will address this concern with your property manager so that he can get a hold of you. Thank you.

Everything the tenants say about Bridgeman Properties is absolutely true. You will be charged security deposit of one month's rent and no matter how hard you clean and what perfect condition you leave the property in you will not get the deposit back. I read reviews about Bridgeman Properties and was skeptical, but they were very polite and assured me as long as I followed the move-out process that I will get my full security deposit.
