Not recommended. Their website says "critical medical condition arise we will be here" That's not true..And now this BS answer given.....Sad news about my moms precious Bella. She 13 and has been a client with Brighton Eggert all this time. We just inherited her a year ago when my mom went into memory care. She's the most beautiful sweetest girl. But with 14 Drs. (as shown on their web site) they couldn't squeeze her in and help her out. After her grooming this Thursday at Brighton Eggert she fell ill with diarrhea on the w... read more

I would not recommend the animal clinic (never used the pet resort). Between the incompetence of those answering the phones (I was placed on hold for a while several times when nobody ever came back to me) to the vet taking 2 weeks to call back (really??), just do not waste your time! I was told I could not speak to the office manager because she was in a meeting and then also couldn’t leave her a message… lol… I finally left after receiving very little help with my cats’ medical issues except expensive testing and telling m... read more

I loved Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic but with my newest fur baby I feel like I am being put on to the back burner and ignored by the veterinarians. The phone staff is amazing and is always there to answer my calls however what is about to push me to the edge of finding a new vet is the email I just received from them.. On Friday I found a ROUNDWORM in my dogs stool, WHICH IVE BEEN TELLING THEM I BELIEVE HE HAS PARASITES DUE TO NOT GAINING WEIGHT, CONSTANT DIARRHEA AND THROWING UP!! Our dog came home from pet resort with kennel cough.

We are so sorry that Casey came down with kennel cough. Anytime you board or take them to public areas where other dogs are present, there is a risk of kennel cough. The vaccination is much like the flu shot for humans which isn't 100% effective. We are sorry that happen and we do all we can to try and prevent it.
