I changed to green acres when they moved what a mistake that was green acres staff sucks, such a cluster every time you go there, went back to Brighton Monday, will never change again love the staff / doctors, & the new building thank you

Before this clinic moved and got so big, it was a wonderful place to take my pets. When I was a child, my parents took our animals there. I've been going there for 38 years. Over the past year I've seen a decline in the way they run this business. While the front staff and medical staff are all friendly, that's simply not enough. I continuously waited over 30 minutes for each appointment. No one ever apologized for making me wait. Not only is my time valuable, but my pets are very anxious while in the building. I have a hard to handle dog that is very stressful to take to the vet. This group did a great job making it as easy as possible for both of us
Brighton-Eggert took amazing care of our fur baby. We took him there when our previous vet refused to see him for reasons I won't get into. They took him in immediately as he was not acting right and had a bad cough. Turned out he had congestive heart failure. He out lived the time frame they gave him. They were so extremely amazing with every appointment we had for almost 2 yrs. He passed away 2 weeks ago and they sent us a special card along with a phone call in the passing of our dog Chopper.
