I have a hard to handle dog that is very stressful to take to the vet. This group did a great job making it as easy as possible for both of us
Brighton-Eggert took amazing care of our fur baby. We took him there when our previous vet refused to see him for reasons I won't get into. They took him in immediately as he was not acting right and had a bad cough. Turned out he had congestive heart failure. He out lived the time frame they gave him. They were so extremely amazing with every appointment we had for almost 2 yrs. He passed away 2 weeks ago and they sent us a special card along with a phone call in the passing of our dog Chopper. My Fred Astaire + my Rock Hudson are the loves of my life. This is the only place I trust whole-heartedly to take care of them!! Dr. Tomkins is the BEST!! He's so good at what he does!
Yesterday, I took my tiny 12 year old chihuahua, Reena, in the Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic on an emergency basis. I walked in at 7:30 AM without an appointment and the receptionist greeted me immediately and showed concern for the gravity of the situation. Within 3 minutes, I was escorted into an exam room. A vet, Dr. Gunther, came in immediately and started right away to help my dog. She came up with a plan, explained it thoroughly, and took Reena into the infirmary. I left there without much hope. We brought our 4 year old Dachshund in with what another clinic said was a blockage in his stomach. Turns out, after he was brought to Brighton Eggert, he had Diabetic Ketoasidosis. He did not need surgery, after all. They kept him for 3 days, he is currently ready to come today. I love the Dr.s and Tech's. All very pleasant and helpful. They explain everything to you. I'm turning our other dogs over to their care from now on!

We sadly had to put our kitty to sleep today and are so thankful of the excellent care and compassionate that we received from the staff at Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. I want to thank Dr. Schafer for making this devastating time for us a little easier and taking such wonderful care of our angel.
