they will tell you your pet is dying but if you take your animal to another vet you will be told that what is dying is treatable. if you love your animals do not take them here they do not care about the pet living.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and he will be 11 in a couple months and generally think they do a good job and care about the animals. This vet is ridiculous and so unprofessional. My dog had numerous ear infection and I literally have tried every medication and also had it sent out and cultured. Only to found out that when they shipped it out my dog was on a Antibiotic and it came back inconclusive. Which they new it would because they put her on the antibiotic and shipped it out. We have been going here for about 2.5 years and generally have never had any issues. Our dog was prescribed an antibiotic on Friday 3/29 for a urinary tract infection. She has not been eating, vomiting and having diarrhea from the meds and I called at 730am this morning to consult a doctor. It is now 718pm and I have yet to receive a call. I realize we are not their only client but this is happening more and more lately. Not happy.

Took my puppy here for both the vet and the resort side. The first few times at the vet the DR made me feel stupid when I had questions. This is the first dog I’ve ever had so everything is new to me.. They have looked at me sideways for some of the questions I asked. I decided to put my pup in day care once a week and never had an issue for about 5 months. I have been going for many many years and have now had the 5th thing happen. I also have the names and numbers of people who had similar experiences and left there! Do not take your animals there! Private message me for details and I am happy to share. Your animals safety depends on it!
Constant misdiagnosis and overcharging. Incredibly frustrating.
The vet assistants are nice but the doctors talk down to you and question everything you do or don’t for your pet that they suggest . They over charged $48 me for an X-ray(that I didn’t ask for or approve ) to send out that they weren’t even sending out . Had to call and ask for a refund . Never again will my animals step foot in that place ! Only nice receptionist I have encountered was Ashley who took care of getting me my money back .
