I have been going for many many years and have now had the 5th thing happen. I also have the names and numbers of people who had similar experiences and left there! Do not take your animals there! Private message me for details and I am happy to share. Your animals safety depends on it!
Constant misdiagnosis and overcharging. Incredibly frustrating.
The vet assistants are nice but the doctors talk down to you and question everything you do or don’t for your pet that they suggest . They over charged $48 me for an X-ray(that I didn’t ask for or approve ) to send out that they weren’t even sending out . Had to call and ask for a refund . Never again will my animals step foot in that place ! Only nice receptionist I have encountered was Ashley who took care of getting me my money back .

I changed to green acres when they moved what a mistake that was green acres staff sucks, such a cluster every time you go there, went back to Brighton Monday, will never change again love the staff / doctors, & the new building thank you

Before this clinic moved and got so big, it was a wonderful place to take my pets. When I was a child, my parents took our animals there. I've been going there for 38 years. Over the past year I've seen a decline in the way they run this business. While the front staff and medical staff are all friendly, that's simply not enough.
