Our two yorkiepoos have been patients here for 4 years until today. Our little girl suffered an injury to her paw today and it was bleeding badly. We took her to your office right away during business hours and we were told everyone was too busy to help us. No one would even help us make the bleeding stop. She is only 7lbs and even I know she can't just keep bleeding! We were told we could wait there all day and see if anyone had time or just go somewhere else. Was on hold for 33 minutes after telling the woman who answered the phone that I am a new pet owner and have a concern about my dog. I give them ZERO stars. Going to All Creature Animal Hospital on Transit, who took the time to listen to my concerns.
