I've been going to Brighton-Eggert for 20 years and have always sang their praises. Had a unpleasant experience there the other day, which I got over. Was sent a survey on the service so I answered it honestly. Got a cold call from the Administrator where she acted very unprofessional- no empathy, didn't seem to take the concerns seriously, very flippant. She was just going through the motions. The administrator called and apologized to you today and was very empathetic with the feedback that was given in regards to your most recent visit with Sadie. She spent over 20 minutes apologizing and then answering specific questions you had about Sadie. You both had agreed at one point that the concerns came about because you may have explained them to the doctor/assistant in a humorous way. I wouldn't take my babies, Spike and Giggi, to any other animal hospital. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and caring. They treat my boys like they are their own. Dr. Miska is one of the most wonderful and compassionate people I have ever met. Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic will be a part of us for years to come.

Been going there for 33 years. Dr. Sondhi was the nicest most kindnest person that worked there. His leaving was a great loss for this clinic. He is missed very much.
