My babygirl who is pictured here for her Christmas photo has some special needs involving her mobility. I have been blessed to have a groomer who's compassion about Freckles problem goes above and beyond any that has come before her. Her nickname is Lou, (Amanda) is her real name. Freckles and myself would like to wish Lou and the entire staff at Brighton Eggert a blessed and very Merry Christmas! ------- Freckles proud dad.

Just recently I had the misfortune of having to put my dog to sleep. She was suffering internally and as with almost anyone I would assume that no one wants to put their pet down prematurely. The veterinarian helped me to make sure in my mind that now was the right time so she wouldn't suffer any longer. The staff there is so compassionate and understanding, I would just like to thank them for their support. I definitely did not feel like just a customer there I felt like they were experiencing the loss with me as well.

We take both our cats to Brighton-Eggert and always get in and out quickly. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and we have never had any issues.

This review is based on my most recent experience with this clinic. If I could give a 0/5 I would. I really did want to love this place. The facilities are nice, and everything appears optimal. Unfortunately, experience, personable staff, and knowledge are on the lower end of this location's spectrum. Despite records, recommendations via other boarding facilities, and others vouching for my animal, they concluded my 11 year old male cat was too "aggressive" to board. My apologies again Mr. Hauck. As we talked about on the phone this occurance that was from March should have never happened. I am sorry that you were not given ample time to make other arrangements. We made a policy change back then to not board aggressive cats for their safety because we had a few that did not want to eat or use the litter etc. We have tons of experience with aggressize cats and know that it is in their best interest to have a pet sitter instead of being boarded. I can't say enough good things :) Dinah was very, very ill (she is 14) and we were afraid she was on her way to that big dog park in the sky. Dr Schaeffer and all the staff went WAY out of their way - trying different foods, giving IVs, laying on the exam room floor with her, and even sucking up dog pee off the floor with a syringe - and through it all, they gave our little girl back to us :) She is doing awesome now and you guys deserve all the credit! We can never thank you enough!
