After answering my question, the employee could sense I was still not comfortable. She then went to the associated account and found out exactly how it was listed and who had privileges. She decided on her own to email paperwork to me in case I decided to separate my account from my son's account. I appreciated her listening to my concerns and acting on them in a concrete way.
I truly appreciated Sheila’s patience and understanding. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure that my problem was solved.
Long wait (as to be expected) but as soon I got the call back, had excellent service and helped me with every issue I had. I believe his name was Sebastian. Not listed below.
