It was excellent . Jeanette was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She also explained to me how to sign up to meet with a representative at one of the locations near me.
Jasmine was very Professional Patient Helpful and Kind
Jackie was knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. The problem I had was the 30 minute wait, which I thought was totally unreasonable.
The representative at the phone was great but the representative at the branch didn't help me good
It's always a pleasure speaking with a representative they are very friendly and courteous.
Madelyn in corporate office was very accomodating, gracious and took her time explaining how to navigate setting up an appointment. Very cheerful, funny and was THE BRIGHTSTAR of my whole day. Thank you for having such awesome employees such as she which makes Brightstar what it is today during these trying times.
