I called in for a skip payment and Jackie was so helpful. I wasn’t expecting a call back about whether or not I would get it but Jackie called and informed me I was granted a skip payment. This made me happy as my Mortgage company isn’t being as compassionate. Thank you BSCU

The young lady was very professional and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my issues in timely manner
Sheila was excellent!
Jackie was amazing!! She took the time to walk me thru and navigate the website and my other bank's website to assist me. She certainly went above and beyond, she was extremely polite and patient with me. She also offered me the Bright Star credit card and explained everything to great detail.
I spoke with Jackie and she was very helpful and very nice as well.
The young lady I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but was very knowledgeable helping me and very patient.
