Sheila did a great job addressing all my issues and concerns from being locked out of my online acct to having an overdraft issue to not receiving my new debit card. Sheila also asked how I was doing amid covid19 concerns and was able to provide me great service. Sheila is an asset to BSCU.
Marcedes took excellent care of me with precise directions. She even walked me through requesting an appointment. When I called to check on things Sandra was great in getting me back to Marcedes. This why I have stayed with the Credit Union all these years.
The representative was excellent.
