The wait to speak to a rep was very long. However, I was able to speak to a very pleasant & helpful agent. She answered all of my questions and went beyond to get the answers I needed regarding my account. It was worth the wait.

4/22/20 4:30 p.m. I was informed about the different services that Brightstar Credit Union offers and the benefits to me as a member. The checks that I ordered would be sent out in two weeks at no charge to me. I was thanked for being a member since 1979 and asked if there was anything else that I needed. A time was set up on 4/24/20 to follow up for the BSCU credit card that offers members perks and a low interest rate. The teller who oversaw my transactions was very helpful, courteous, and kind I made several mistakes which she pointed out with grace and dignity and even though I couldn't see her face, because I used the drive-through facility which I haven't used in years, I experienced professional service
