Mercedes( Not sure if I spelled her name right) at the Ft. Lauderdale office was exceptional!!!!!! She was extremely patient and work with me to guide me through the entire process of online banking. She was wonderful and should be noted as an outstanding employee.

I had multiple fraud on my account within 15 minutes half a dozen $1.00 transactions popped up and Brightstar caught it immediately. Jackie the customer service person was so helpful and a true pleasure to deal with. I am glad I bank with Brightstar and they are watching out for my account.

Excellent! I want to give BIG KUDOS to Sebastian! This representative knows his stuff! He's very informative, patient, friendly, helpful, and caring! I was so surprised when he called me back after closing hours! He's a great asset to BSCU!😷😁💯
