I was not able to get through on the telephone so I requested a callback and was pleased to receive the callback within a short time from Chad. I was very, very pleased with her patience as I needed to close a CD and today was the deadline, and she also helped me to access online banking as I had not been able to get into the website in quite a while. I was very pleased with her service.
